In light of the rise in the lake level due to recent heavy rains, the Board of Directors had the valve at the bottom of the dam opened up, and two boards removed in the spillway on 11 June. These actions should allow the lake level to stabilize. The lake level and weather developments will be monitored closely to determine if further actions are warranted. Once the high water concerns have passed, we will restore the boards and close the valve to restore and maintain the normal summer level of the lake.
